An Evening with Jackie Albarella at the West Seneca Library
Jackie spent the evening with a great crowd at the West Seneca Library.
She was happy to discuss her book, “Women in the City of Good Neighbors”. She told the stories of many of the women profiled in the book, and how their efforts have made our city great.
All of the money from the books sold during the event went directly to Suneel’s Light Foundation , the sponsor of the book. Suneel’s Light is working hard to find a cure for Duschenne Muscular Dystophy.
In recognition of Women’s History Month, Mayor Byron W. Brown honored Lieutenant Governor Kathy Hochul, as well as Broadcast Host, Author, Photographer and Award-winning Producer Jackie Albarella and the Radical Women’s Night Out Committee, during the Women’s History Month program in the lobby of Buffalo City Hall.
